2. Hey Oliver, very nice tutorial. Just a couple quick questions, I hope you don't mind.

   1.) If people see that your follow ratio is a lot lower than your following ratio, won't that give them a bad impression and have them not want to follow you back? I know this is similar for twitter, and some people just never login, so what do you do when only like 10 people out of 250 follow you back? Not saying this has happened to me, but in case it does, what should you do?

   2.) Is there a way to easily manage who you follow and under what group? I know Twitter has something called Tweepi that lets you do this, but it seems rather inconvenient to track of everyone you follow yourself.

   3.) I didn't even know it was possible for someone to add you to their board. How do you get this to happen, and how do you add someone else to your own board?

24. Hi There ! Thanks for the video , I have a quick query, I have created 7 to 8 boards based on particular Niches… One board where I pin/likes all the popular pins . Lets Say I got 1K follower as total 500 followers in Niche 1, 300 in Niche 2 and 200 in Niche 3. If I click on people I'm following about half have the grey button allowing me to unfollow, but a lot say 'follow' in red …. why are they making up my follow number if i'm not really following them ? thank you
