I’ve faced this issue multiple times in the game, and I finally found a solution.
I managed to find the solution after countless of attempts at trying to fix it.
This includes restarting my PC, restarting the Riot Client, relogging, and more to no avail.

How to Fix Confirm Button Greyed Out in League of Legends
To fix the confirm button greyed out in League of Legends, all you have to do is to select the “Co-Op Vs AI” mode in the client.
After you’ve selected the “Co-Op Vs AI” mode, the confirm button will be clickable again.
If it still doesn’t work, try selecting the “Training” or “Create Custom” modes at the top.
